Physical Wellness
Assessment and Plan

For those who are interested in optimizing their physical health with a personalized injury prevention plan

A PT physical is a full body evaluation assessing:

strength

flexibility

range of motion

soft tissue health

posture

joint mobility

functional movement patterns

We will learn about your body's strengths and how to address areas that may need some attention. This information is the first step to building your personalized guide to injury prevention and maximizing your physical wellness.

We will work together to develop a program to implement into your current fitness routine in a way that aligns with your goals.

Follow up appointment may be recommended based on client goals

Physical Therapy

For those ready for the long term fix to recover from an injury, improve function, reduce or eliminate pain, avoid surgery, or manage chronic pain.

Initial Evaluation

Initial evaluation starts with getting to know you, your orthopedic history and your wellness goals. We will then evaluate the region of concern to develop a PT diagnosis, prognosis and full treatment plan.

Our priority this first visit will be extensive education on your condition and taking the first steps to recovering. We will develop and perform a home exercise program to kickstart your progress. The goal of treatments is to empower clients with education to become independent with self management using active techniques. Some time will be left for manual therapy treatments if needed.
